This Privacy Policy explains what information Savetrize collects, why, and how it is protected. Short version: we collect the minimum needed to show you your own money clearly, we never sell data, and read-only means read-only.
Data we process
Account metadata and transaction categories from your connected institutions via regulated open-banking providers; app usage data to improve features; contact details if you write to us. Credentials stay with the licensed provider and are never visible to Savetrize.
Your rights
You may export or delete your data at any time from your profile, or by writing to [email protected]. Requests are handled within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to the systems that need it, and connections to your institutions are strictly read-only — Savetrize cannot initiate payments or transfers.
